Aviva Health benefit change on all plans 01.02.2012
Aviva Health will introduce benefit changes on all their plans on 1 February 2012.
Where post-natal home help is provided on a plan, the benefit will change from 3 days post natal home help provided, by a Home Help Assistant to 2 days post natal home help, provided by 2 Home Help Assistants.
Where benefit is provided for Doula services, the amount provided will be reduced from €300 to €200. Prior to the benefit change a member can also claim an additional €300 for Doula if they do not claim for post natal home help. This will be reduced to €120.
All plans with asthma care benefit will change from a benefit of €65 per adult and €135 per child to a €45 discount for all members.
These changes will apply to all new and renewing customers from 1 February 2012.
