Also from 1 November HSF will change benefits on the following plans:
Family Direct FDA, FDB, & FDC
Family Direct Scheme FD1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, & 7.
The ONE Scheme 3, 6, 9 & 12 (Name will change to OS1, OS2,OS3 & OS4)
The Corporate Family Scheme FC1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, & 7
The Corporate Family Scheme FCA, FCB & FCC
The benefit changes are as follows:
The Practitioner benefit will be split between Practitioner and Wellbeing & Alternative Treatment.
The Specialist and Investigations benefit will be split between Consultations and Medical Tests.
The Personal Accident benefit will include Dental Trauma.
The HSF Assist GP Service will include a Private Prescription Service.
These changes will apply to all new and renewing customers from this date.
