This plan provides cover for a private room in public hospitals and private hospitals with a €150 excess per private hospital claim. There is full cover for listed cardiac, non-cardiac and day case cover in the Blackrock Clinic, The Beacon Hospital and the Mater Private private hospitals with a €150 excess per private hospital claim.
Specified hip, knee and shoulder replacement surgery and cataract surgery is covered 80% in private hospitals with a €150 excess per claim.
There is a maternity accommodation grant of €3,475.
The plan has significant maternity and childcare related benefits with a €1 outpatient excess per year. Other outpatient benefits carry an excess of €125 per year.
This plan is available to all new and renewing customers from 15 December 2016.
