Irish Life Health benefit change and price increase 01.06.2019

Irish Life Health have amended benefits and prices on all of their plans.  

Plan Names and Benefit changes are as follows:

1. Enhanced Maternity (Personalised Packages Range of 8)      

Contribution for Baby Swimming Classes - removal of Diana's Swim Academy

2. Family and Kids Health (Personalised Packages Range of 8) 

Contribution for Baby Swimming Classes - removal of Diana's Swim Academy

3. Laser Eye Surgery          

Discount change from 25 % to 15%

4. Change to rules governing length of stay for overseas     

A temporary trip abroad is defined as being up to 31 days in duration cover - Health Plans only

5. Change to rules for Cardiac MRI & Cardiac CT  

A. Cardiac MRI scans no longer require pre-approval from Irish Life Health but are still subject to consultant referral

B. Cardiac CT scans no longer require pre-approval from Irish Life Health but are still subject to consultant referral

These changes apply to all new and existing consumers from 01 June 2019.
