Laya Healthcare price and benefit changes – 1 November 2023

Price changes

On 1 November 2023, Laya will change the price of the following plan:

Essential Connect Health - price for each child on the policy is now €510.61 per year. Previously, the price for the first child on the policy was €510.61 and additional children were free.

EU Treatment Guarantee benefit will be removed
The Eyebrow Tattooing benefit will be renamed to ‘Medical Tattooing’ and a rule change will apply to 117 plans. For full details, download the Rule Change October 23 file at the end of this page
The excess for Non Hospital Surgical Centres will reduce to €50 per claim
