Laya Healthcare are also introducing the Concierge benefit to the following plans effective November 1st 2019: 

• Flex 125 Explore
• Flex 175 Explore
• Flex 250 Explore
• Flex 375 Explore

All changes will apply to new and renewing customers on 01& 02 November 2019.
