Price changes

On 1 January 2024, Laya will change the price of the following plans:

• Essential Connect Family (first child is €334.64 and subsequent children are free)
• Essential Health 300 (first child is €309.31 and subsequent children are free)
• Flex 125 Explore (increase from €2,234.10 to €2,244.10, first child is €468.64 and subsequent children are free)
• Care Select (increase from €1,689.97 to €1,785.02)
• CompanyCare Advanced (increase from €4,040.21 to €4,132.47)
• Connect Choice (increase from €1,453.80 to €1,529.95)
• Optimum (increase from €1,139.80 to €1,203.39)
• Optimum Plus (increase from €1,444.30 to €1,520.07)
• Optimum Premium (increase from €1,735.45 to €1,822.87)
• Principle (increase from €1,634.72 to €1,736.46)
• Prosper (increase from €1,038.30 to €1,097.83)
• Prosper Advanced (increase from €2,164.95 to €2,269.55)
• Prosper Care (increase from €1,545.80 to €1,625.63)
• Transform Advanced (increase from €1,819.85 to €1,910.64)
• Transform Care (increase from €1,170.25 to €1,235.06)
• Transform Entry (increase from €625.24 to €658.38)

• Principle

The benefit changes include:

Transform Care, Transform Plus and Transform Advanced 

• Infertility initial consultation will be removed 
• First Steps Fertility will now apply on a per year basis 
• Embryo freezing will be included in the fertility preservation benefit 
• Benefit will be included for pre-implantation genetic testing 
• Occupational therapy will no longer have limited visits 
• Transform Care and Transform Advanced will no longer have limited visits for speech therapy 
• Transform Care and Transform Advanced will now have a limit of €150 for the hearing benefit 

Prosper, Prosper Care, and Prosper Advanced 

• Infertility initial consultation will be removed

• Fertility test/screening will be removed 
• Embryo freezing will be included in the fertility preservation benefit 
• Benefit will be included for pre-implantation genetic testing 
• Occupational therapy will no longer have limited visits on Optimum Premium 
• Speech therapy will no longer have limited visits on Optimum Premium 
• Optimum Plus and Optimum Premium will now have a limit of €150 for the hearing benefit 

CompanyCare Advanced 

• Occupational therapy will no longer be limited to 25 visits 
• Speech and language therapy will no longer be limited to 12 visits 
• Hearing benefit will now have a limit of €500 per year 
• Embryo freezing will be included in the fertility preservation benefit 

ConnectChoice 

• Benefit will be included for pre-implantation genetic testing 
• Occupational therapy will no longer be limited to 12 visits 
• Speech and language therapy will no longer be limited to 12 visits 

Principle 

• Embryo freezing will be included in the fertility preservation benefit 
• Benefit will be included for pre-implantation genetic testing 
• Occupational therapy will no longer be limited to five visits and a separate assessment 
• Speech and language therapy will no longer be limited to eight visits and a separate assessment 
• Benefit will be included for neurodevelopment assessment - adults
